What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached and your message. We ask that you leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

Your therapy records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

This site

This site has no chat and no tracking pixels. Booking opens our scheduling page, which has its own privacy notice.

Leaving quickly

The Quick exit button takes you to a weather page. It does not clear your browser history. If someone else uses your device, you can also close the tab and clear your history.

How to ask for deletion

Write to hello@canopyoakland.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
